Personality: Piper is fairly quiet and mostly sort of scared to approach others, She is shy and a huge ass wimp XD she can also be extremely curious which makes the matters worse if brought into a scary situation.
Desc: As a pichu Piper has always been distant and shy. She mostly stayed close to her parents all the time and sometimes stayed near Serena (they live in the same town XD well at that time)  but when Serena was taken away when she was younger she became even more distant and went into sorrow for the exile of her best and only friend. Other than all of this she's fairly nice and also learned how to heal other Pokemon. (More on the way maybe?)
